great location efficient service lounge tvs hard mattress short settee communication issue
The location was great for accessing the terminal for an early flight. It was a short walk. The bar service was efficient and nice. The lounge had TVs, so I was able to watch some games. I also liked that the room had what I needed.
The bed mattress felt hard. I asked about a topper, but they had none. The staff gave me extra bedding, so someone slept on the settee. I later found out this was a bed settee, but it was too short to sleep comfortably. It would have been helpful if the staff had prepared the bed in advance.

extra toiletries tidy room loud air conditioning crowded buffet
the room, it was a superior room, had extra toiletries i didn't expect. housekeeping kept everything tidy, it was a lovely retreat after my long days.
the air conditioning unit in the room was quite loud. it sometimes made it difficult to drift off to sleep so easily, and the breakfast buffet was sometimes crowded, meaning wait times for coffee.

valuable proximity efficient staff clean accomodation short walk
The proximity to departures was invaluable. Staff were efficient, polite and cheerful, a lovely welcome after travel. Accommodation was comfortable and clean, a soothing space. I appreciate the short walk to the terminal for my early morning flight.
the tv channels had some minor technical difficulties. this did not detract significantly from my stay.

queen sofa tasty food early flight service lift small bathroom noisy air
the family queen room sofa was great. the restaurant had tasty food at affordable prices. the hotel's location next to the airport made access easy for my early flight.
My room was quite noisy because it was next to the service lift. This was not ideal. the bathroom felt small. the air conditioning was also very noisy, hard to sleep.

The room included a full-size ironing board and iron, VERY convenient. The location suited my needs as I had an early flight.
The breakfast buffet did not offer filtered coffee. It only had a machine.

airport location clean room spacious room helpful staff
this hotel is directly across from the airport terminal. the location made my early morning flight much less stressful. the room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. staff provided helpful directions to nearby shops and restaurants.
I noticed the bathroom door lacked a proper seal leaving a visible gap. It compromised privacy slightly.

The check-in process was efficient, and the reception staff were helpful with all requests i made. restaurant service was attentive. I received prompt assistance with my meal order. the staff addressed my questions effectively, demonstrating great knowledge.
